In a 3rd-party telephone survey of clients, the following results were presented:

  1. 96% of clients agreed SB meets deadlines on time
  2. 96% agreed that SB keeps the client informed of project status
  3. 100% said SB was accessible
  4. 94% said that SB understands the specifics of the client’s industry
  5. 95% said that SB understands their needs

We received many anonymous comments from clients as a result of this survey, including:

“I was with a large national firm and switched because of their [SB Partners] personal touch, and several colleagues of mine recommended them”.

We recognize that despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we need to continue working hard to exceed our clients’ expectations. We have found that the best way to accomplish this is to develop and maintain a strong working relationship so that expectations are communicated and clearly understood by both parties.
