SB Partners began in a small office on Brant Street with Stuart Scott and Warren Batenchuk. We've grown since then, and many of our clients have grown with us since those early days. We've evolved into a dominant regional firm, with a sizeable tax group, specialties in R&D tax credits, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Valuations, Tax Minimization, Business Consulting, and our proprietary MORE™ program – Managing Opportunities and Reducing Exposure.
