What is MORE™?
MORE™ is a powerful, proprietary diagnostic program developed to help our clients identify opportunities and risks. The program consists of a three- to four-hour interview that scrutinizes the business on a one-on-one basis with an SB professional. The resulting analysis and Action Plan are free of charge to SB Partners clients. MORE™ delivers a clear image of the issues your business faces and the opportunities that are out there. We know one size doesn’t fit all, so you get a solid, custom-tailored Action Plan – complete with priorities, who-does-what and timelines to address them.
To ensure the report doesn’t just gather dust on a shelf, SB Partners manages the Action Plan so key items are executed – whether by the SB team, the client, or another member of the client’s advisory team.
