  5. Is the company meeting its customer deadlines or service commitments on a consistent basis?
  6. Does the company currently perform a quarterly review of their operating results?
  7. Does the client understand the value drivers in a business and how to maximize their value?
  8. Does the company have a written Business Succession Plan?
  9. Does the client have a comprehensive written financial plan?
  10. Does the company maintain back up files of the computer system? Is there a disaster recovery plan in place and has this been tested?
