Robin Wydryk has been helping private businesses and their individual owners plan for success since he joined SB Partners in 1981. His expertise lies in the areas of taxation, corporate reorganizations, estate planning and business consulting.
Robin has experience with industries such as real estate and construction, manufacturing, and wholesale and distribution. He also plays an instrumental role directing the development of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Wealth Management divisions.
Robin offers sophisticated and knowledgeable advice geared to his clients’ specific situations, but it’s his proactive approach to recognizing issues and opportunities that gains his clients’ confidence. He has a reputation for getting his clients to where they want to be through collaboration and strategic planning.
“Listening is the most important thing I can do for my clients,” says Robin. “I pay attention to what each client is looking for in the long run, and I let them know that I care about their success and well-being. I’m honest and fair—and I think my clients appreciate my straight-forward style.”
Robin is responsible for developing the firm’s scholarship foundation, SB Partners Scholarship Fund. This initiative provides annual scholarships to university accounting students. Robin is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation, and is a tireless advocate for his community. When not working, Robin spends time playing golf, skiing and scuba diving.
