Wayne has over thirty-five years experience in several management areas including industrial manufacturing engineering/supervision and Project Launch Manager. His experience has allowed him to work closely with a diverse variety of business areas including tool & die, manufacturing, textiles, software development, horticulture, viticulture and many others.
