Elaine has an impressive track record in economic development in the public and private sectors, and she uses that expertise to achieve remarkable outcomes. Her work is fuelled by the desire to see her clients succeed.
Elaine consistently goes above and beyond the expected. She is well-versed in workforce development issues, venture capital and government programs, but it is her knack for listening to each client’s needs and sharing their enthusiasm that sets Elaine apart.
“Inspiration is key when it comes to building a flourishing business,” says Elaine. “Seeing entrepreneurs and business leaders with the courage and motivation to turn their ideas into reality—and helping them get there—is what inspires me every day.”
Elaine thrives on networking and is involved in a number of organizations. She currently serves as a Board member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and was formerly a Board member of Centre for Skills Development and Training as well as Chair of the Halton Apprenticeship Advisory Council.
Elaine is also passionate about spending time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, riding and camping, while the simpler pleasures of reading, cooking and travelling allow her to refresh for each new day.
