Most of them emerge from the ranks of our own client base, but a growing number arrive through referrals from professionals – lawyers and financial service industry experts – with whom we do regular business. Recent transactions include:

  • Providing valuation assessment, transaction consulting and due diligence services on the purchase of a public company’s subsidiary worth an estimated $20 million
  • Consulting that included valuation assessment, transaction consulting, due diligence services and help in obtaining financing to acquire a specialized manufacturing company worth an estimated $400,000
  • Advised on all aspects of the divestiture of a distributor of insulation and construction materials valued at approximately $48 million
  • Transaction consulting and due diligence services on the merger of operating divisions of two unrelated companies with an estimated combined net asset value of $14 million
