Step 3: Implementation of a targeted action plan.

Based on the business evidence gathered, you will get a precise action plan that focuses on the priority ‘red flag’ alarms and opportunities facing you personally as the owner and for your ongoing business operation. The plan outlines the next steps required to realize opportunities and deal with areas of risk and exposure. Some items can be implemented immediately, and some items may develop as we look down the road—which for some industries may mean next month and for others may mean next year.
